微胶囊在自愈合防腐蚀涂料中的应用研究

Research on the Microcapsules Used in Self-healing and Anti-corrosion Coatings

以聚三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂(PMF)为囊壁,自干型成膜物质和缓蚀剂的混合修复剂为囊芯,成功制备出粒径较小具有抑制涂膜损伤处扩蚀的微胶囊。通过耐中性盐雾试验,验证了微胶囊对抑制钢铁等底材腐蚀的效果。

Microcapsules with small particle size and anti-corrosion function were prepared with PMF as shell, self-drying material and corrosion inhibitor as core. Self-healing and anti-corrosion properties were verified by neutral salt spray tests.
