摘要
采用无皂种子乳液聚合技术,制备了聚氨基甲酸酯-丁二烯-丙烯酸酯(PUBA)三元共聚物乳液,并应用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对产物进行了表征,同时探讨了端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)、亲水性单体(DMPA)及引发剂种类对乳液聚合过程和涂膜性能的影响。研究发现,随着HTPB含量的增加,材料的抗拉强度及耐水性显著提高,而断裂伸长率略有降低;随着DMPA含量增大,PUBA三元共聚物乳液稳定性增加,但耐水性降低;油溶性引发剂偶氮二异丁氰(AIBN)比水溶性引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)更适合本体系的乳液聚合。
The ternary copoly(urethane-acrylate-butadiene) emulsion was prepared by emulsion copolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA) in the presence of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene modified polyurethane dispersion as seed emulsion. The copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR).The effects of the usage of polybutadiene and dihydroxymethyl propanic acid(DMPA), and the initiators on the properties of PUBA emulsion were investigated. It was found that the oil-soluble initiator(AIBN) was better than water-soluble initiator(APS) in the polymerization system. The tensile strength and water resistance of the resulting films were dramatically improved, while the elongation at break decreased slightly with increasing HTPB content.
