摘要
针对新型还原剂在硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中的应用做了研究,用新型还原剂与传统方法做了对比,结果表明新型还原剂能使偏钛酸中铁含量降到26×10-6,并且得到的钛白粉在白度、亨特白度上优于传统钛白粉,两种钛白粉的色差也不是很明显。新型还原剂能节能降耗,可以代替传统方法应用于现场。
The paper described the new reducing application in the process of titanium oxide production by sulfuric acid method, and contrasted with the tradition methods. The results indicated that the new reducing can reduce Fe3+ to 26×10-6 in metatitanic acid, and the prepared titanium oxide is better than the tradition methods in whiteness and Hunter whiteness. The two kinds of titanium oxide have no obvious difference in chromatic aberration. The new reducer can save energy and be used in factory.
