摘要
结合第三代核电站AP1000中对环氧涂层的要求,开发新型环氧体系,通过对防腐能力、热力学性能的考察最终确定产品配方,并顺利通过DBA试验,取得资质认证,并在现场施工中展现了极好的附着力及施工性能。
In order to meet the requirements on third generation nuclear station for epoxy coatings, a new type of epoxy coatings was developed and it was proved to have good properties including anticorrosion performance and qualified thermal properties. And the prepared coatings passed the DBA test and were certified for the industry. During application, excellent adhesion property and workability were indicated.
