摘要
针对环保水性光固化涂料开发了一种新型复配型光稳定剂EVERSORB AQ7,应用试验设计(DOE)试验手法,针对水性紫外线吸收剂(UVA)、水性受阻胺光稳定剂(HALS)和EVERSORB AQ7在水性光固化涂料中不同涂膜厚度下进行最小固化能量影响度研究探讨,EVERSORB AQ7不会对光固化速度产生负效应冲击。
EVERSORB AQ7, a blend of UV absorber and HALS, is developed specifically for waterborne UV curable coats. This paper is a comparison study of affecting curing energy with waterborne UVA, waterborne HALS, EVERSORB AQ7 and dry film thickness in waterborne UV-curable resin. Test results indicated that EVERSORB AQ7 in a waterborne clear UV curable coating would not have negative impacts on curing speed.
