摘要
以6101环氧树脂为主体树脂,搭配非活性环氧稀释剂,腰果酚改性酚醛胺和聚酰胺为固化剂,制备一种性能优异的高固体分环氧防腐底漆。该涂料不仅低VOC、无重金属、无致癌物,环境友好,而且通过触变剂的合理搭配,具有良好的施工性能和贮存稳定性,改善了施工环境,提高了施工效率。
A high solid epoxy anticorrosion primer of excellent performance is prepared mainly with the 6101 epoxy resin and secondarily with inactive epoxy diluent, is solidified by cardanol modified phenolic amine and polyamide, and is a kind of high performance high solid epoxy resin anticorrosive primer. This coatings not only contains low VOC, no heavy metal and cancerogen and is environmentally friendly, but also has good workability and storage stability through reasonable collocation of thixotropic agent, improving the construction environment and the construction efficiency.
