渗色是水性木器涂料在某些基材上涂装时常出现的问题,从阳离子乳液及抗渗色助剂角度出发,成功研发一款能有效封闭色素的水性木器封闭底漆,在阳离子乳液所形成涂膜的阻隔作用及与色素化学反应的基础上,添加抗渗色助剂,可与单宁酸等有色物质发生更有效的化学螯合反应,其协同效果可实现对色素、胶黏剂以及各种污渍的有效封闭。

Bleeding is the normal coatings defects for waterborne wood coatings on some substrates. From the aspects of cationic emulsions and bleeding resistant additives, waterborne wood sealing primer was designed. Based on coating insulation effects and reactions with colorings, by adding bleeding resistant additive, chelate reaction was effectively realized with tannin acid etc.. The synergy effects could be realized to effectively block with colourings, adhesives and other stains.
