水中运动对绝经后妇女心血管健康影响的Meta分析 被引量:3

The Effect of Aquatic Exercise on Cardiovascular Health in Postmenopausal Women:A Meta-Analysis

摘要 目的:系统性评价水中运动对绝经后妇女心血管健康的影响。方法:检索PubMed、MEDLINE、EBSCOhost等数据库,根据纳入与排除标准收集水中运动对绝经后妇女心血管指标影响的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),采用Cochrane评价工具对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,运用RevMan 5.3分析软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入8个RCT,共计272名绝经后妇女受试者,Meta分析结果显示,水中运动能够显著改善绝经后妇女的总胆固醇WMD=-15.48,95%CI[-17.03,-13.93]、空腹血糖WMD=-6.17,95%CI [-10.50,-1.84]、收缩压WMD=-9.31,95%CI [-13.91,-4.71]、舒张压WMD=-3.40,95%CI[-6.24,-0.56]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇WMD=-13.45,95%CI[-17.23,-9.67]以及患高血压绝经后妇女的甘油三酯WMD=-9.94,95%CI[-12.10,-7.78],尚未确定对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的改善作用。结论:水中运动能显著改善绝经后妇女总胆固醇、空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及进行有氧运动的患高血压绝经后妇女的甘油三酯,需要进一步的研究以确定水中运动对绝经后妇女HDL-C的影响。 Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of aquatic exercise on cardiovascular health in postmenopausal women, using systematic review and meta-analysis.Methods: Major databases(PubMed, MEDLINE, EBSCO host, etc.) were searched, the randomized controlled trials(RCT) of aquatic exercise in the cardiovascular effect of postmenopausal women were selected following the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The methodological qualities of the included studies were evaluated using Cochrane analysis.RevManversion5.3 analysis software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 8 RCTs and272 participants were included. Meta-analysis showed that aquatic exercise decreased the level of total cholesterol(TC) [-15.48, 95% CI(-17.03,-13.93)], fast glucose(FG) [-6.17,95% CI(-10.50,-1.84), systolic blood pressure(SBP) [-9.31, 95% CI(-13.91,-4.71)],diastolic blood pressure(DBP) [-3.40, 95% CI(-6.24,-0.56)], low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) [-13.45, 95% CI(-17.23,-9.67)] and triglyceride(TG) of postmenopausal women with hypertension [-9.94, 95% CI(-12.10,-7.78)] signi?cantly. The effect on high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was not obvious. Conclusions: Aquatic exercise can signi?cantly improve the levels of TC, FG, SBP, DBP, and LDL-C in postmenopausal women,and decrease TG levels in postmenopausal women with hypertension following aquatic aerobic exercise. Additionally, further research is required to con?rm the effects of HDL-Clevel following aquatic exercise in postmenopausal women.
