关于当前我国图书馆立法问题的思考

The Thought on the Library Legislation

建国以来,我国尚未有一部由国家最高权力机关制定的统一的完整的图书馆法。现阶段,我国图书馆迫切需要立法。我国社会经济、政治、文化的发展以及图书馆事业自身的发展,使图书馆立法已具备可能性。我国图书馆法调整的关系和应规范的主要内容包括图书馆自身的关系和图书馆与外界的关系两个方面。必须注意并解决在图书馆立法中的一些根本问题。

There has been no a set of united and complete library law made by the highest organ of state power since the founding of our People's Republic of China.At present,it is imperative and important to formulate the library law in our country.Library's legislation has been now feasible with the socio-economic, political and cultural development,and the development of library undertaking itself in China.Relation of library law adjustment and the major contents of regulation include two aspectrelation of library itself and relationship between library and outside.It must be paid more attention to solve some essential problems existing in the work of library legislation.
