二次结肠造瘘5例手术体会

Experience of the second colostomy

目的总结二次结肠造瘘的经验和体会,分析造瘘口坏死原因。方法自2009年6月至2010年6月在我科接受结直肠手术的病人495例,首次结肠造瘘105例,5例病人接受了二次结肠造瘘。结果 5例二次结肠造瘘的病人中,1例出现造瘘口坏死,继发中毒性休克死亡,1例囚其他疾病死亡,其余病人痊愈出院。结论二次结肠造瘘口坏死原因与病人年龄、并发症有关。

Objective To summarize the experience of secondary colostomy and analyze the reasons of stoma necrosis.Methods From June 2009 to June 2010,495 patients were performed colorectal surgery in Department of General Surgery,Henan Tumor Hospital.Among them,105 patients received the first colostomy,and 5 patients received a secondary colostomy.Results In the 5 patients of secondary colostomy patients,1 patient emerged stoma necrosis and secondary to toxic shock and death,1 patient died due to the other diseases,and the remaining patients recovered well.Conclusion The reasons of secondary colostomy necrosis are relevant to patient's age and complications.
