医源性胆管损伤后重建吻合口狭窄的分子机制

摘要 医源性胆管损伤为腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的严重并发症,端-端吻合为重建方式之一。术后微胆漏、血供破坏及吻合口张力的存在常导致吻合口狭窄形成。其实质是该区域纤维化和结缔组织的异常增生,以保持组织结构的相对完整。众多的细胞因子参与该过程,包括促纤维化因子和抑纤维化因子。正常修复时,两者保持相对平衡状态,但在病理情况下,平衡被打破,促进性因子表达增加,
