针刺挤液复位法治疗包皮嵌顿19例疗效观察

Clinical observation in 19 cases with paraphimosis treated by cupuncture and squeezing and restoration

目的比较针刺挤液复位法与手术切开复位法治疗包皮嵌顿的疗效。方法选择2005年1月至2012年12月上海市嘉定区南翔医院门诊皮肤性病科收治的采用针刺挤液复位法治疗的包皮嵌顿性水肿病人19例(针刺组),以同期采用手术切开复位的19例包皮嵌顿病人为对照(手术组)。比较两组病人的疗效。结果针刺组:在治疗后1个月复查,包皮无瘢痕,皮肤黏膜光滑,包皮口松弛,包皮可以自由上翻与下拉,无包皮嵌顿及水肿现象,全部痊愈;6个月后复查,性活动时未再发生包皮嵌顿,说明包皮环扩张训练有效地防治再发嵌顿。手术组包皮切开部位呈现线性环形切开愈合痕迹及少量米粒大小针孔增生瘢痕,龟头大部分外露,包皮可以上翻与下拉,全部痊愈。两组病人痊愈率均为100%。结论针刺挤液复位治疗包皮嵌顿,具有微创、简单、速愈等特点,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of between paraphimosis treated by acupuncture,squeezing,restorationand treated operating restoration.Methods38 cases of paraphimosis were divided in to treatment group and controlgroup,19 cases in each group. The treatment group used, acupuncture,squeezing,restoration. Control group usedoperating restoration. After prepuce's edema fade away,the treatment group upturned and pulled down prepucerepeating 20 times a day.Results38 cases of two groups paraphimosis were fully recovered from illness.Conclusion It is one of good methods that treating Paraphimosis. This methord of acupuncture,squeezing and restoration is simple,minimal invation and worth popularizing.
