膝关节顽固性髌前慢性滑囊炎的关节镜治疗

Arthroslopy in the treatment of chronic intractable knee prepatellar chronil bursitis

目的探讨关节镜下治疗膝关节顽固性慢性滑囊炎的疗效。方法 2010年6月至2013年10月昆明市第一人民医院对23例膝关节顽固性慢性滑囊炎病人进行关节镜治疗并观察疗效。结果经过平均8月的临床随访,病人临床疗效满意。结论关节镜下清理术对慢性顽固性膝关节髌前慢性滑囊炎是一种可靠、有效的治疗手段。

Objective Explore the efficacy of of articular endoscopic therapy knee joint stubborn sexual chronicbursitis.MethodsJune 2010 to October 2013,our department were carried out in 23 patients with intractable chronicbursitis of the knee in patients with arthroscopic treatment effects were observed.ResultsAfter an average of 8 monthsof clinical follow-up,patients with clinical results were satisfactory.ConclusionThe arthroscopic debridement on thechronic intractable knee prepatellar chronic bursitis is a reliable,effective treatment means.
