下肢慢性缺血是临床常见疾病,危害严重。现有的对下肢缺血的研究大多只把重点放在了模型的制作、缺血过程中某几个炎性相关因子的变化,亦或某些基因蛋白的表达上,缺少统一而且综合的研究。现对下肢缺血过程中肢体及各种因子的动态变化做一综述,以期找到对其实施干预的合适时间点。

Chronic limb is chemia(CLI) is common in the clinical findings,which usually has severe outcomes.Research on lower limb ischemia of the existing almost present the emphasis on model making,but with regardto the variety of inflammatory factors,or the expression of gene proteins.There is no research on unified andcomprehensive.Here we introduce the dynamic changes of the limbs and various factors in the process of lower limbischemia,in order to find a right time when to do something on the lower limb.
