摘要
目的检测不同土壤中四环素抗性基因tetC的存在、扩散和迁移情况。方法选取历史悠久的中学校园、公园和成规模的猪场化粪池周边土壤为研究对象,进行PCR分子检测和抗性菌株检测。结果猪场化粪池周边5、50、200 m处土壤中均存在四环素抗性基因tetC和抗性菌株,而中学校园、公园和距化粪池500 m处土壤尚未检测到抗性基因和抗性菌株的存在。结论本研究说明土壤环境中抗性基因的存在与抗生素的浓度有关,而且抗性基因产生后可通过一定方式向周边环境扩散和迁移。本课题的研究成果为进一步系统研究抗生素抗性基因在土壤中的环境行为及其生态风险提供了验证基础。
Objective To detect the survival,migration and dissemination of tetracycline resistance genes( tetC) in different soil samples. Methods Tested presence of tetracycline resistance gene( tetC) and resistant strains in different soil samples,including historic campus,park and swine feedlot. Results Tetracycline resistance gene( tetC) and resistant strains were found in the soil 5 m,50 m and 200 m far from the septic tank,while tetracycline resistance gene or resistant strains had not been detected in high school campus,park and the soil 500 m away from the septic tank. Conclusion This work show that the presence of antibiotic resistance gene was closely related to the use of antibiotics. This work surveyed the existence of tetC genes and organisms,suggesting that using antibiotics wisely and carefully is necessary for decreasing the ecological risk of antibiotic resistance genes.
