摘要
目的观察不同剂量整肠生对抗生素相关性腹泻的治疗作用。方法随机饮用头孢曲松钠诱导小鼠抗生素相关性腹泻和肠道菌群失调,然后灌胃不同剂量的整肠生,检测治疗后小鼠肠道菌群变化。结果在各给药组中,治疗第1天有53.33%~76.67%小鼠腹泻现象消失,2倍剂量组和4倍剂量组对失调肠道菌群恢复效果显著优于常规剂量组。消长曲线结果表明,整肠生在治疗第2天开始定植,连续服用可以增加肠道内菌落定植浓度,停药后逐渐消失,在肠道内的滞留时间为6~9 d。结论 2倍及更大剂量整肠生治疗头孢曲松诱导腹泻疗程更短,起效更快。
Objective To observe the curative effect of different doses of ZhengChangSheng( capsule of live Bacilus linchenformis preparation) on antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Methods The mice were given orally ceftriaxone ad lib to induce antibiotic associated diarrhea and disorder of intestinal microflora. The intestinal microflora analysis was performed. Results In each medicated group,53. 33% to 76. 67% of the mice with diarrhea returned to normal at Day 1. Compared with the conventional dose group,the double dose group and quadruple dose group were significantly superior in restoring the balance of intestinal flora. The Ebb and flow curve showed that Bacilus linchenformis started colonization at the 2nd day of treatment,and continuous administration had increased the concentration of intestinal flora colonized which disappeared gradually after drug withdrawal,lasting 6 to 9 days. Conclusion Double or larger dose of ZhengChangSheng can shorten the treatment period of diarrhea induced by ceftriaxone,and speed up the recovery from diarrhea.
