群体感应及其介导的抗噬菌体研究进展 被引量:5

Research advances on quorum sensing and its mediated anti-phage infection

摘要 群体感应是细菌间信息交流的重要方式并控制着细菌的种群密度;噬菌体也是控制细菌种群规模的重要生物因子,它们二者都依赖于细菌的种群密度,天然存在一定的相关性。当前这一领域的研究越来越受到人们的重视,现有的实验已经证明细菌群体感应在抵抗噬菌体感染中的作用。本研究在总结群体感应相关研究进展的基础上,对群体感应介导的抗噬菌体感染研究进行了收集和整理。 Quorum sensing is an important way of information exchange between bacteria and it controls its population density; Phage is also the important biofactor which controls the population scale of bacteria,quorum sensing and phage are both dependent on population density of bacteria,therefore there is natural correlation between them. Nowadays study on this field has obtained more and more attention,existing experiments have confirmed the function of bacterial quorum sensing on anti-phage infection. This paper is based on the conclusion of research advances on quorum sensing-related study,furthermore to give the collection and collation of study on resistance to phage infection mediated by quorum sensing.
