摘要
目的了解辽宁沿海地区溶藻弧菌污染情况,分析其耐药性及分子分型特点。方法在辽宁沿海地区采集牡蛎,分离溶藻弧菌,选取15种抗生素对其进行耐药分析,运用脉冲场凝胶电泳对其进行聚类分析。结果分离出52株阳性菌株,夏季检出率高于春秋两季,对头孢唑林、氨苄西林、红霉素的耐药率分别为53.85%、26.96%、9.62%,同时对2种抗生素耐药菌株占23.08%;经聚类分析52株阳性菌中有3种优势群。结论辽宁沿海海域溶藻弧菌对一代β-内酰胺类抗生素头孢唑林、氨苄西林耐药率高,PFGE结果表明存在遗传多样性,并有优势菌存在,为今后进一步研究提供数据支持。
Objective To investigate Vibrio alginnolyficus contamination in coastal areas of Liaoning,analyse its drug resistance and characteristics of its molecular typing.Methods Vibrio alginnolyficus was isolated from the oysters farmed in coastal areas of Liaoning.15 kinds of antibiotics were selected for drug-resistance test.The data was achieved from cluster analysis through the method of pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Results 52 strains of Vibrio alginnolyficus were isolated.The positive rate in summer was higher than that in spring and autumn.The drug resistance rate was 53.85%to Cefazolin,26.96%to Ampicillin and 9.62% to Erythrocin.The strains which were multidrug resistant to two drugs accounted for23.08%.Cluster analysis revealed that three groups were prominent among the 52 positive strains.Conclusion The drug resistance rates of Vibrio alginnolyficus toβ-lactam antibiotics,including Cefazolin and Ampicillin,were high.The PFGE results indicated that the pathogen presented a genetic polymorphism and there existed dominant strains.
