肠道菌群与阿尔茨海默病的研究进展 被引量:8

Intestinal flora and Alzheimer′s disease:Research progress

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,呈进行性发展趋势,严重影响患者的生活质量,给社会和家庭带来了沉重的经济负担。随着人口老龄化进程的不断加剧,AD患者数量不断增加,而其发病原因、发病机制仍不明确,缺乏有效的防治方法。近年来,研究表明肠道菌群通过多种途径参与AD的发生发展,调整肠道菌群有望成为预防和治疗AD的有效措施之一,其可能的作用机制包括减轻AD的病理改变、改善脑内炎症、影响血脑屏障及神经递质的产生。 Treating Alzheimer′s disease(AD),a neurological,degenerative and progressive disorder,has become a healthcare and societal priority.The accelerated process of aging population witnesses a rapid growing number of AD patients.However,its etiology and pathogenesis remains unclear and is still irremediable yet.In recent years,the intestinal flora has been proven to play important roles in the occurrence and development of AD and become a new potential and effective approach for AD treatment via alleviating AD pathologic changes,relieving cerebral inflammation,influencing blood brain barrier and generation of neurotransmitter.
