广东韶关地区54597例女性HPV感染情况及其基因型分布

HPV infection and genotype distribution in 54,597 females in Shaoguan,Guangdong

目的探讨广东韶关地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现状及病毒基因型分布情况。方法采用PCR-反向点杂交技术对54 597例女性宫颈脱落细胞标本进行23种HPV基因分型检测。结果 54 597例女性中共检出HPV阳性13 824例,阳性率为25.32%。全部标本中高危型感染占19.91%(10870/54597),主要包含HPV52 (2187/54597)、HPV16 (1852/54597)、HPV58 (1226/54597)、HPV53(801/54597)和HPV68 (729/54597)。低危型感染占5.41%(2954/54597),主要包含HPV43 (896/54597)和HPV81 (833/54597)。感染类型中单一感染占79.22%(8545/10787),二重感染占15.62%(1685/10787),三重及以上感染占5.16%(557/10787)。结论韶关地区女性HPV感染率较高,且以高危型和单一型感染为主。病毒主要基因型为HPV52、HPV16和HPV58。进行HPV基因分型检测对宫颈癌的防治和疫苗研发接种具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the infection status and genotype distribution of papillomavirus(HPV)in females in Shaoguan,Guangdong.Methods PCR-reverse dot hybridization was used to detect 23 HPV genotypes in 54,597 female cervical exfoliated cells.Results A total of 13,824 HPV positive cases were detected in 54,597 females.The positive rate was 25.32%(13824/54597).Among them,high-risk HPV genotype infections accounted for 19.91%(10870/54597),mainly including HPV52(2187/54597),HPV16(1852/54597),HPV58(1226/54597),HPV53(801/54597)and HPV68(729/54597).Low-risk HPV genotype infections accounted for 5.41%(2954/54597),mainly including HPV43(896/54597)and HPV81(833/54597).Single infections,double infections,triple and multiple infections respectively accounted for79.22%,15.62%and 5.16%.Conclusion The rate of HPV infection is high in females in Shaoguan.The main infections are high-risk and single-type HPV infections.The main genotypes are HPV52,HPV16 and HPV58.The detection of HPV genotypes is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and vaccine research and vaccination.
