在党和国家的重视和关心下,中国特色文物保护法律体系已基本形成,但仍需从文物保护法修订、制定配套法规及出台相关司法解释等几个方面进加以完善。同时,本文还建议应继续加强机构建设、领导干部培养、法律学习宣传和基础理论研究,以促进文物法律法规的有效实施。

China's legal system of culturalrelics conservation,though generally completed,needs to be improved in some aspects,such as the amendment of the Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics,the promulgation of administrative regulations,and the development of relevant judicial interpretations.Meanwhile,the article suggests the promotion of organizational constitution,training for leaders,as well as education and research,for the effective implementation of the law and regulations.
