摘要
目的评价某水泥厂职业病危害控制效果,为制定相应的职业病防护措施提供依据。方法收集该水泥厂相关资料并进行现场调查与职业病危害因素检测,采用检查表法和定性、定量分析方法进行综合评价。结果粉尘、噪声、高温是水泥厂生产的主要职业病危害因素,且3者均有部分监测值超过国家职业卫生标准,其中噪声超标率达76.5%。针对粉尘、噪声配备的个人防护用品能满足实际防护要求,而高温作业场所未配备有效的防护用品。结论该水泥厂职业病危害控制措施基本有效,但仍需加强对粉尘、噪声及高温的职业病危害控制措施,切实保障劳动者的身体健康。
Objective To evaluate occupational hazards in the cement plant and provide the basis for making up relevant protective measures for occupational hazards.Methods Related data of the cement plant were collected,occupational hygienic investigation was carried out,occupational hazardous factors were detected.The synthetic evaluation was done with the methods of checklist,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Results The main occupational hazard factors in the cement plant were dust,noise and high temperature,in which some monitoring data exceeded the national norms for occupational health and the over-standard rate of noise was 76.5%.Personal protective equipment for dust and noise can met the protection requirements,while effective protective equipment weren’t provided in high temperature workplaces.Conclusion It is fundamentally effective for the cement plant to adopt occupational protection measures,but it should be enhanced for the occupational hazards of dust,noise and high temperature to control,which could ensure the health of the workers.
