摘要
目的识别、分析与评价某饲料生产项目产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定建设项目的职业病危害类别,为安全生产监督管理部门对项目的职业病防护措施监督检查提供依据。方法依据国家相关标准,采用现场调查、检验检测和职业健康检查结合的方法对该饲料生产项目进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素为谷物粉尘、矽尘、高温和噪声。粉尘检测超标率为35.3%、噪声强度检测超标率为78.6%、高温检测超标率为80.0%。职业健康检查发现1例粉尘作业的职业禁忌证和1例噪声作业的职业禁忌证。结论该项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目,各项职业病危害控制措施中防尘、防噪、防暑措施还有待完善,其他职业病危害控制措施和管理措施基本能有效运行。
Objective To identify,analyze and evaluate occupational hazards and hazards that may occur in this production project,to identify occupational hazards categories for construction projects,to provide scientific basis for classified management of occupational hazards in construction projects,to provide basis for supervision and inspection of occupational disease prevention measures by the safety production supervision and management department.Methods According to the relevant national standards,the project was evaluated by on-site investigation,inspection and occupational health examination.Results The main occupational hazards in the production process of the project were grain dust,silica dust,high temperature and noise.Dust detection exceeded the standard rate of 35.3%,the detection rate of noise intensity exceeded 78.6%,the high temperature detection rate exceeded 80%.Occupational health examination found occupational contraindications in 1 cases of dust work and 1 occupational contraindications in noise exposure.Conclusion The project is a construction project with heavy occupational hazards.Measures to prevent dust,noise and high temperature in various occupational hazards control measures need to be improved,other occupational hazards control measures and management measures can basically run effectively.
