摘要
目的了解天然气处理过程中产生的职业病危害因素及配套防护设施设置,确定职业病危害关键控制岗位,提出建议。方法依据相关的国家标准对某然气处理厂工作场所职业病危害因素及其防护措施采用现场调查、工程分析、职业卫生检测等方法进行分析评价。结果天然气处理过程中脱水脱烃装置区的净化工接触甲醇短时间浓度为43.5 mg/m^3符合限值要求,其他净化工接触非甲烷总烃、甲醇、氢氧化钠、过氧化氢、其他粉尘浓度均低于50%OELs;各场所作业人员接触噪声8 h等效声级均低于80 dB(A)。结论正常运行情况下接触职业病危害因素浓(强)度低于限值,职业病防护设施及措施有效。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and protective facilities in the process of natural gas treatment,to identify key occupational disease control positions,and put forward suggestions.Methods According relative national standards,field investigation,engineering analysis and occupational health testing were used to analyze and evaluate occupational hazard factors and protective measures in the workplace of a gas treatment plant.Results The short-time concentration of methanol in the dehydration and dehydrocarbonation unit area of natural gas treatment process was 43.5 mg/m^3,which met the limit requirements.The concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons,methanol,sodium hydroxide,hydrogen peroxide and other dust in the other cleaners’contacts was lower than 50%OELs.The equivalent sound level of noise exposure of workers in various places for 8 h was lower than 80 dB(A).Conclusion Occupational hazards are lower than the limit under normal operation.Occupational disease protection facilities and measures are effective.
