摘要
目的:研究不同强度的抗阻训练联合饮食控制对中年女性高脂血症患者血脂的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年1月在邯郸市中心医院门诊就诊的高脂血症中年女性患者152,并例随机分为观察组和对照组各76例,两组患者均给予饮食控制,观察组在饮食控制的同时行中等强度抗阻训练,对照组行低强度抗阻训练,两组训练时间持续12w。观察两组抗阻训练前后血脂变化情况。结果:抗阻训练前,两组血液中总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等血脂指标以及体脂率(BFR)和身体质量指数(BMI)无明显差异(P>0. 05);抗阻训练后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显低于对照组(P <0. 01),而HDL-C水平明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组BFR和BMI检测值也明显低于对照组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论:饮食控制联合中等强度抗阻训练对改善中年女性高脂血症患者的血脂水平具有明显效果,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To explore and study the effect of different strength resistance training combined diet control on blood lipids in middle-aged women with hyperlipidemia.Method A total of 152 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the patients with hyperlipidemia from January 2017 to January 2018,the two groups of patients were given diet control,and the observation group had moderate intensity resistance training while the control group was in the control group,and the control group had low-intensity resistance training,and the training duration of the two groups lasted 12 weeks.The changes of blood lipids before and after resistance training were observed.Result There was wo significant difference in blood total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood lipid index and body fat rate(BFR)and body mass index(BMI)between the two groups before resistance training(P>0.05),the TC,TG,LDL-C level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),HDL-C level was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the BFR and BMI in the observation were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Diet control combined with moderate strength resistance training has obvious effect on improving the blood lipid level in middleaged women with hyperlipidemia,and it is worth populating in clinical practice.
