摘要
目的:探讨全静脉干预护理对新生儿体重和营养状态的影响。方法:选取河北北方学院附属第一医院2017年1月—2018年2月103例低体重新生儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规的静脉营养干预护理,观察组采用全静脉营养干预护理,比较两组新生儿的营养状态。结果:观察组的体重、身长和上臂围显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。干预护理后,观察组的胆红素、尿素氮和肌酐均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组的微量元素锌、铜、铁、钙和镁均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),白蛋白、前白蛋白和转铁蛋白显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),红细胞C3b (RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫促进因子(FEER)显著高于对照组,而观察组的红细胞免疫抑制率(FEIR)显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:在低体重新生儿中采用全静脉营养干预护理可显著改善新生儿的营养状态,有效补充微量元素,全静脉营养干预护理可增加新生儿体重,提高免疫力。
Objective To investigate the effect of total intravenous intervention on neonatal body weight and nutritional status.Method A total of 103 low birth weight newborns in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group from January 2017 to February 2018.The control group received routine intravenous nutrition intervention.The observation group was treated with total intravenous nutrition and children’s nutritional status of newborns in two groups were compared.Result The weight,length and upper arm circumference of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of bilirubin,urea nitrogen and creatinine in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The trace elements zinc,copper,iron,calcium and magnesium in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Albumin,prealbumin,and transferrin were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Erythrocyte C3 b RBCC3 bRR and red cell immune-promoting factor FEER were significantly higher than those in the control group,whereas the red cell immune suppression rate FEIR in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of total intravenous nutrition in neonatal low birth weight can significantly improve the nutritional status of neonates,effectively supplement micronutrients,and total intravenous nutrition can increase neonatal weight and improve immunity.
