海工钢结构立片缆风绳设计

摘要 目前,在海洋工程建造领域,缆风绳的设计尚未形成系统完善的方法,也没有具体明确的规范标准作为支持。文章结合海洋石油工程(青岛)公司多个导管架项目中的立片缆风绳布设的施工经验,汲取现有各类规范中与缆风绳计算相关的方法,同时借鉴其他行业的经验,提出了一套完善可行的海工钢结构立片缆风绳设计方法。经过实践和完善,证明该方法是切实可行的,对海洋工程建造施工具有良好的指导价值。 At present,in the field of marine engineering construction,the design of cable and wind rope has not yet formed a systematic and perfect method,nor has it been supported by specific specifications and standards.Combined with the construction experience of wind rope arrangement in many jacket projects of offshore petroleum engineering(Qingdao)company,this paper draws on the methods related to the calculation of cable wind rope in the existing codes,and at the same time draws lessons from the experience of other industries.In this paper,a set of perfect and feasible design method of wind rope for vertical cable of marine steel structure is put forward.Through practice and perfection,it is proved that this method is feasible and has good guiding value for ocean engineering construction.
