摘要
目的研究多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对氯己定醇手消毒剂的抗性变化,为科学实施医院消毒提供依据。方法采用最小抑菌浓度测试方法,检测2种氯己定醇消毒剂对临床分离多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC),分析其抗性变化。结果 A、B 2种消毒剂含醋酸氯己定分别为1 750. 00 mg/L和5 000. 00 mg/L,含乙醇均为体积分数67. 3%。以醋酸氯己定标示MIC值,消毒剂A对临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌标准株的MIC值依次为43. 75 mg/L、17. 50 mg/L和29. 20 mg/L;消毒剂B对上述3种细菌的MIC值依次为125. 00 mg/L、50. 00 mg/L和83. 30 mg/L。结论临床分离多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对氯己定醇手消毒剂的耐受浓度明显高于大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌标准菌株,提示其抗力有增强趋势。
Objective To study the resistance changes of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii to chlorhexidine hand disinfectant so as to provide theoretical basis for scientific application disinfection in hospitals. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC) of two chlorhexidine hand disinfectants against clinically isolated Acinetobacter baumannii strains with multiple drug resistance was determined by using the minimum inhibitory concentration test method,and the resistance changes were analyzed. Results The disinfectants A and B contained 1 750. 00 mg/L and 5 000. 00 mg/L of chlorhexidine respectively,and the volume fraction of ethanol was 67. 3%. MIC values were labeled with chlorhexidine,and the MIC values of strains of Acinetobacter baumannii,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated by disinfectant A were 43. 75 mg/L,17. 50 mg/L and 29. 20 mg/L respectively. MIC values of disinfectant B for the above three bacteria were125. 00 mg/L,50. 00 mg/L and 83. 30 mg/L respectively. Conclusion Clinical isolation of multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii to chlorhexidine hand disinfectant concentration is significantly higher than that of E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa standard strains,which suggesting that its resistance has an increasing trend.
