某三甲医院洁净手术室空气监测结果分析

Analysis of air monitoring results of clean operating room in a third class hospital

目的观察某三甲医院洁净手术室环境各项监测指标,指导日常维护与保养工作。方法采用现场检测方法,对17间洁净手术室的综合性能进行监测。结果 17间洁净手术室中,尘埃粒子数和沉降菌全部合格,温度合格率为82. 35%,湿度合格率为29. 41%,照度合格率为47. 06%,换气次数合格率为83. 33%,噪声合格率为88. 24%,截面平均风速合格率为60. 00%,静压差全部合格。结论在进行常规维护,定期更换滤网后,洁净手术室尘埃粒子数和沉降菌可以达到标准要求,但需要加强日常监测以应对特殊情况的发生,对监测仪器的使用也应加强培训。

Objective To observe the environmental monitoring indexes of clean operating room in the third class hospital so as to guide the daily maintenance. Methods The comprehensive performance of 17 clean operating rooms was monitored by field detection method. Results In 17 clean operating rooms,the dust particles and settling bacteria were all qualified.The qualified rate of humidity,illumination,air exchange,noise was 29. 41%,47. 06%,83. 33%,88. 24% respectively. The average wind speed of section was 60. 00%. The static pressure difference was all qualified. Conclusion After routine maintenance and regular replacement of filter screen,the dust particle number and settling bacteria in clean operating room can meet the standard requirements. But it is necessary to strengthen daily monitoring to cope with the occurrence of special circumstances. Training should also be strengthened in the use of monitoring instruments.
