摘要
目的研究一种内镜专用过氧乙酸消毒剂对管腔生物膜清除效果,探讨内镜生物膜洗消方法。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,评价某内镜专用过氧乙酸消毒剂对模拟内镜管腔生物膜清除效果。结果经结晶紫染色证明,本研究人工建立生物膜获得成功,回收菌数满足要求。人工生物膜模拟内镜管腔经内镜专用过氧乙酸消毒剂8个循环清洗消毒后,可完全清除生物膜,无存活菌检出;戊二醛在相同条件下则不能完全清除掉管腔内生物膜。临床使用后的内镜在全自动清洗消毒机上用该过氧乙酸消毒剂完成清洗消毒后,均未检出存活菌;而在相同条件下,戊二醛则只能使80%的内镜消毒合格。结论内镜专用过氧乙酸的消毒效果明显优于传统戊二醛消毒方式,可有效清除内镜管腔内生物膜。
Objective To study the removing effect of endoscopic lumen biofilm by special peracetic acid disinfectant,and to explore the eliminating and disinfection method of endoscopic biofilm. Methods Bacterial quantitative detection method was used to evaluate the effect of a certain endoscopic special peracetic acid disinfectant on the biofilm removal of simulated endoscopic lumen. Results It was proved by crystal violet staining that the artificial biofilm was successfully established in this study,and the number of recovered bacteria met the requirements. The artificial biofilm simulated endoscopic lumen was cleaned and disinfected by endoscopic special peracetic acid disinfectant for 8 cycles. The biofilm was completely removed and no viable bacteria were detected. Glutaraldehyde could not completely remove the lumen inner biofilm under the same conditions. After the clinical use of the endoscope on the automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine with the peracetic acid disinfectant to complete the cleaning and disinfection,no viable bacteria were detected. And under the same conditions,glutaraldehyde can only make 80% of the endoscope disinfection qualified. Conclusion The disinfection effect of endoscopic special peracetic acid is obviously better than the traditional glutaraldehyde disinfection method,which can effectively remove the biofilm in the endoscope lumen.
