邻伞花烃-5-醇对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭效果的研究

目的研究邻伞花烃-5-醇杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果,为其实际消毒应用提供参考依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌实验方法,对邻伞花烃-5-醇杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果进行评价。结果以含5 000 mg/L邻伞花烃-5-醇与体积分数50%二甲亚砜水溶液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,或5 000 mg/L邻伞花烃-5-醇溶液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌15 min,杀灭对数值均>5. 00。结论邻伞花烃-5-醇二甲亚砜水溶液可有效杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌。

Objective To study the germicidal effect of o-Cymen-5-ol( IPMP) on Staphylococcus aureus,provide reference for the application. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out to evaluate the disinfection effect of IPMP on Staphylococcus aureus. Results The killing logrithm value of 5 000 mg/L of IPMP with 50% dimethylsulfoxide solution with 5 min contact time and 4 000 mg/L of with 15 min contact time were both above 5. 00. Conclusion IPMP can effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus.
