山东省部分医院皮肤消毒剂应用现状调查

Investigation on the application of skin disinfectants in some hospitals of Shandong Province

目的了解医院皮肤消毒剂以及皮肤洗消产品应用情况,以便加强对皮肤消毒产品的管理。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对山东省部分二级和三级医院皮肤消毒产品使用情况进行调查。结果共调查山东省辖区内107家医院2015-2016年皮肤消毒剂使用情况。所调查的医院皮肤消毒产品以含碘类消毒剂和醇类消毒剂为主,少部分医院使用季铵盐类产品和过氧化物类消毒剂。不同级别医院手术室中手的洗消产品配备情况无明显差异;但二级医院ICU使用肥皂洗手明显高于三级医院。结论本次调查的山东省107所医院使用的皮肤消毒产品以含碘消毒剂和含醇消毒剂为主,但洗手产品仍需进一步规范和管理。

Objective To understand the application of skin disinfectants and skin decontamination products in some hospitals in Shandong Province,so as to strenghthen management and control of skin disinfection products. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the application of disinfectant and infection control in part of secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province. Results The status of skin disinfectant of 107 hospitals were investigated in 2015 and 2016. Iodine disinfectants and alcohol disinfectants were used in most hospital,fewer hospitals using quaternary ammonium salts and peroxide disinfectants. There was no significant difference in the decontamination products of secondary and tertiary hospitals,but the use rate of fragrant( fertilizer) soap in hospitals was significantly higher than that in tertiary hospitals. Conclusion Lodine disinfectants and alcohol disinfectants were main disinfectant in these 107 hospitals in Shandong,and the management and application of skin disinfectants still need to be further regulated.
