Investigation on prevelance rate of inpatients of an infectious diseases hospital

目的了解传染病医院住院患者医院感染现患情况及变化趋势,为提高医院感染管理水平提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对某传染病医院连续6年住院患者医院感染横断面调查结果进行统计分析。结果该传染病医院医院感染现患率连续6年处在0. 64%～0. 78%范围,无明显波动和变化。医院感染发生率最常见部位是下呼吸道感染(48. 01%)。抗菌药物使用率为26. 35%～30. 15%,呈升高趋势;抗菌药物联合用药率为24. 07%～37. 33%,呈减低趋势。治疗性使用抗菌药物患者中病原学送检率为72. 97%～79. 18%。结论该传染病医院医院感染现患率相对稳定,抗菌药物联合用药率明显减低。

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of healthcare-associated infection in the infectious diseases hospital and provide reference for the improvement of HAI management. Methods Retrospective method was used to analyze cross sectional surveys resilts in six consecutive years. Results The prevalence rate of HAI was between 0. 64% and0. 78% without obvious fluctuation or change in the six years. Lower respiratory tract was the most common site of HAI( 48. 01%). The antimicrobial usage rate increased from 26. 35% to 30. 15% whereas the combination antimicrobial usage rate decreased from 37. 33% to 24. 07%. The pathogenic detection rate in patients with therapeutic antibiotics was 72. 97%-79. 18%. Conclusion The prevalence rate of HAI was stable and the combination antimicrobial usage rate was obviously declined.
