臭氧消毒柜对不同材料表面消毒效果的研究 被引量:4

Study on the disinfection effect of ozone disinfector on the surface of different materials

摘要 目的研究臭氧消毒柜对不同载体表面的消毒效果,为臭氧消毒柜的开发应用及消毒效果的评价提供参考。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,观察臭氧消毒柜对玻璃、塑料、不锈钢和棉布载体表面污染菌的杀灭效果。结果在消毒机箱内压强为50 k Pa的条件下,臭氧浓度为6. 94 mg/L、作用50 s后,对玻璃、塑料和不锈钢载体上大肠杆菌的杀灭率为100%;臭氧浓度为8. 33 mg/L、作用60 s后,对包括布片在内所有载体材料表面大肠杆菌的杀灭率为100%。结论在试验条件下,该臭氧消毒柜对4种材质表面污染的大肠杆菌具有快速杀灭效果,对光滑硬质表面上细菌更容易杀灭。 Objective To research the disinfection effect of ozone disinfector on different carrier surfaces,for providing reference for the application of ozone disinfector and evaluation of disinfection effect.Methods Using carrier quantitative disinfection test,to observe the killing effect of ozone disinfector on Escherichia coli 8099 on the surface of glass,plastic,stainless steel and cotton carriers.Results When the pressure in the sterilizer box was 50 k Pa,after disinfecting 40 s with the ozone concentration of 5.56 mg/L,the average killing rate of Escherichia coli on the surface of glass,plastics,stainless steel and cotton was 2.25±0.04,2.23±0.09,2.20±0.19,and 1.67±0.06,respectively.After disinfecting 50 s with the ozone concentration of 6.94 mg/L,the killing rate of Escherichia coli on the glass,plastic and stainless steel carriers reached100%.After disinfecting 60 s with the ozone concentration of 8.33 mg/L,the killing log value of Escherichia coli on the surface of all carrier materials reached 100%.Conclusion Under the experimental condition,the ozone disinfector has better disinfection effect on the surface with uniform texture and smooth non-porous materials than that of loose and rough porous materials.
