摘要
目的利用数字化定量工具测试外来医疗器械灭菌参数,探索器械灭菌的风险因素和解决方案。方法用温度压力检测仪探头检测灭菌过程中外来医疗器械不同部位的温度时间参数。结果外来医疗器械的不同部位在灭菌过程中达到灭菌温度的时间先后不一致,特定部位出现升温延迟。在不同的灭菌周期中,某个部位的升温延迟程度是有规律的。结论器械本身的特点决定了升温延迟的程度不同;延长灭菌时间后,可以达到设定的灭菌温度,并满足灭菌需要的时间。
Objective To test the sterilization parameters of loaner instruments by using digital quantification tools,so as to explore the risk factors and solutions of sterilization of instruments.Methods The probes of a temperature and pressure detection device were used to detect temperature and time parameters of different parts of loaner instrument sduring sterilization.Results The time required for reaching the sterilization temperature was inconsistent at the different parts of a loaner instrument,and there was a delay of temperature rise at specific parts.In different sterilization cycles,there was a regular pattern of the delay of temperature rise at a certain part.Conclusion The degree of the delay of temperature rise is dependent upon the characteristics of the instrument itself.The desired sterilization temperature and time can be achieved by extending the sterilization time.
