pH值对络合氯消毒液消毒相关性能影响的研究

Study on the effect of pH value on the related properties of complex chlorine disinfectant

目的研究不同pH值对络合氯消毒液消毒相关性能的影响。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和理化分析的方法,对一种络合氯消毒液杀菌效果、储存稳定性和腐蚀性的影响进行观察。结果有效氯含量为4 966 mg/L的络合氯消毒液在pH值9~10时,作用5 min对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值> 5. 00;pH值> 10时,杀菌效果下降。该消毒液pH≥10时储存性能稳定可达1年以上。该消毒液pH值的变化对不锈钢和铜片腐蚀性没有影响,对其他金属片的腐蚀性有影响。结论不同pH值对络合氯消毒液杀菌效果和稳定性会产生明显影响。

Objective To study the effect of different pH value on the related properties of the complex chlorine disinfectant.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and physical and chemical analysis were used to test the germicidal efficacy,stability and corrosion of the complex chlorine disinfectant.Results The average killing log value of Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed to this disinfectant which available chlorine concentration was 4 966 mg/L for 5.0 min was>5.00 in the pH range 9-10.The killing ability decreased when pH>10.But The stability could exceed 1 year with pH≥10.Changes of pH value had no effect on the corrosion of the stainless steel and copper,but had influence on the corrosion to other metal.Conclusion The different pH value has obvious influence on the germicidal efficacy and stability of the complex chlorine disinfectant.
