次氯酸钠对口腔综合治疗台水路系统生物膜的杀灭效果及对金属腐蚀性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究不同浓度次氯酸钠(NaClO)对口腔综合治疗台水路系统生物膜的杀灭效果及其金属腐蚀性。方法将大肠杆菌在实验室条件下培养生物膜,用灭菌水、0. 1%NaClO、0. 5%NaClO和1. 0%NaClO分别处理1 min及14 h;通过扫描电镜以及激光共聚焦显微镜进一步评价不同处理方式对于生物膜的杀灭效果和去除能力,同时还验证了不同浓度NaClO对金属的腐蚀性。结果菌落计数结果表明单纯使用蒸馏水并不具有杀菌效果,使用1%NaClO杀菌效果最好。扫描电镜以及激光共聚焦显微镜结果表明1. 0%NaClO不仅杀菌效果最好,同时去除生物膜的能力最强,但是1%NaClO具有轻度金属腐蚀性。结论使用次氯酸钠可有效降低口腔综合治疗台水路系统中生物膜形成,1. 0%NaClO对于生物膜的去除效果最佳,但是需要评估金属腐蚀性。 Objective To study the biofilm sterilization effect and metal corrosion of different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite(NaClO)for dental unit waterline system.Methods Escherichia coli was used as the experimental object in this study.The biofilm was cultured under laboratory conditions and treated with following agents for 1 min and 14 h:sterile water,0.1%NaClO,0.5%NaClO and 1.0%NaClO.The antimicrobial effects and the ability to remove biotilm were evaluated with scanning electron microscope and confocal laser scanning microscope,and the metal corrosion of different concentrations of NaClO had also been evaluated.Results The results of colony count showed that the use of distilled water alone did not have a bactericidal effect.The best bactericidal effect was achieved with 1%NaClO.Scanning electron microscopy and laser confocal microscopy showed that 1.0%NaClO not only showed the disinfection effect is the best,while the ability to remove biofilm is the strongest,but 1%NaClO has mild metal corrosion.Conclusion The use of NaClO could effectively reduce the biofilm contamination of dental unit waterline system.1.0%NaClO had the best effect on biofilm removal,but it needs to evaluate the disinfection effect and metal corrosion.
