摘要
目的建立低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌生物指示物抗力的检测方法。方法采用存活曲线法,对某低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌生物指示物的抗力进行检测和验证。结果在60℃恒温水浴条件下,用浓度为1. 0 mol/L甲醛溶液进行作用,测得该生物指示物(嗜热脂肪地芽孢杆菌,ATCC 7953)芽孢的D值为10. 49 min、ST值为43. 03 min和KT值为105. 97 min。结论该生物指示物的ST值和KT值经验证合格,其抗力符合相关标准的要求,本研究建立的测定方法具有可行性。
Objective To study the resistance test method of biological indicators for low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization.Methods The survival curve method was used to detect and verify the resistance of biological indicator for low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization.Results Under the condition of 60℃and 1.0 mol/L of formaldehyde solution,the D value of the spore of biological indicator(Geobacillus stearothermophilus,ATCC 7953)was 10.49 min,ST value was 43.03 min,and KT value was 105.97 min.Conclusion The ST value and KT value of the biological indicator have been verified and the resistance is in compliance with the relevant standards.The determination method established in this study is feasible.
