医院保洁员环境物体表面清洁消毒认知现状调查分析及对策研究

A survey of awareness status of cleaning and disinfection of environmental surface among hospital cleaners and countermeasure research

目的了解某医院病房保洁员环境物体表面清洁消毒知识知晓情况,分析存在的问题,为提高医院环境物体表面清洁消毒效果,降低医院感染风险提供依据。方法采用自行设计的在线调查问卷对2018年12月25-26日期间在岗的全部71名病房保洁员开展面对面问卷调查。结果该院保洁员工龄中位数为8个月,60%以上的接受培训频次至少2次/月。环境物体表面清洁频次、分区、工作流程及严禁重复浸泡的知晓率> 90%。高度风险区域保洁员对高频接触表面日常清洁频次知晓程度明显低于中度风险区域保洁员(P=0. 031),但对清洁消毒流程的知识掌握程度明显较高(P=0. 023)。47. 89%的保洁员对使用后抹布的处理流程不明确,90. 10%的保洁员了解床单元清洁消毒顺序原则,33. 80%的保洁员不清楚消毒液配制比例。结论保洁员环境清洁消毒知识知晓情况较好,对隔离知识掌握不足,保洁公司需细化标准操作流程,改进培训方式,加强对日常工作的监督检查。

Objective To investigate the knowledge of environmental surface cleaning and disinfection among hospital cleaners,and to analyze the existing problems,so as to provide feasible solutions to improve the effect of cleaning and disinfection of environmental surface and reduce the risk of hospital infection.Methods A self-designed online questionnaire was applied to conduct face-to-face survey among 71 ward cleaners on duty from December 25 to 26,2018.Results The median age of cleaners in this hospital was 8 months.Over 60%of cleaners received routine training more than twice per month.The awareness rate of cleaning frequency,section concept,cleaning order and prohibition of repeated immersion is over 90%.The knowledge of the frequency of daily cleaning of high-frequency contact surface is significantly lower in cleaning staff in high-risk area than that of medium-risk area(P=0.031).The cleaners in high-risk area have a significantly better knowledge on the cleaning and disinfection process than that in the medium-risk area(P=0.023).47.89%of cleaners were not clear about the disposal process of the used cloth,90.10%of cleaners know the principle of cleaning and disinfection sequence of bed units,and 33.80%of cleaners don’t understand the disinfectant formulating method.Conclusion Theawareness rate about cleaning and disinfection management of environmental surface among cleaning labors is good in this hospital,however the company should optimize the SOP and improve visualization training to help them understanding and practicing,and strengthen supervision and inspection of daily work.
