摘要
目的通过测定3种多酶清洗剂中脂肪酶、蛋白酶的活度,观察储存温度和时间对其的影响,为临床多酶清洗剂的选择提供依据。方法采用GB/T 23535-2009电位滴定法和GB/T 23527-2009福林法分别测定3种多酶清洗剂中脂肪酶和蛋白酶的活度。再将清洗剂分成两组,一组25℃存放56周,每隔8周测定1次;另一组40℃恒温箱存放36周,每隔6周测定1次。结果 3种多酶清洗剂A、B、C的脂肪酶活度分别为:0 u/ml、0 u/ml、388u/ml,蛋白酶活度分别为:5 153 u/ml、4 289 u/ml、9 872 u/ml。在25℃存放条件下,3种多酶清洗剂只有C能测出脂肪酶活度,存放56周后下降71. 13%;蛋白酶活度在存放56周后均有下降,A下降99. 20%,B下降30. 17%,C下降9. 55%。40℃存放条件下,3种多酶清洗剂只有C能测出脂肪酶活度,存放3周后C的脂肪酶活度下降至0;存放6周后,A的蛋白酶活度下降至0,36周后B的蛋白酶活度下降76. 43%,C下降5. 57%。结论 25℃和40℃储存条件下,随着时间的延长,3种多酶清洗剂的脂肪酶和蛋白酶活度均有不同程度的下降,下降趋势相同,说明储存时间会影响多酶清洗剂中酶的活度。
Objective To observe the effect of storage time and temperature on lipase activity and protease activity in three kinds of multi-enzyme cleaning agents(named A、B、C)and provide the basis for clinical selection of multi-enzyme cleaning agents.Methords At storage temperature 25℃or 40℃,the lipase activity and protease activity of three kinds of multi-enzyme cleaning agents were tested with GB/T 23535-2009 and GB/T 23527-2009.Results The lipase activity of cleaning agents A,B and C was 0 u/ml,0 u/ml and 388 u/ml,respectively;the protease activity was 5 153 u/ml,4 289 u/ml and 9 872 u/ml,respectively.Lipase activity was only measured by C,which decreased by 71.13%after 56 weeks at 25℃.At 25℃the protease activity of A、B、C decreased after 56 weeks,while A decreased 99.20%,B decreased30.17%,C decreased 9.55%.Also only C measured the lipase activity,but decreased to 0 after 3 weeks at 40℃.At40℃,the protease activity of A decreased to 0 after 6 weeks,B decreased 76.43%after 36 weeks,C decreased 5.57%.Conclusions The lipase activity and protease activity in three kinds of multi-enzyme cleaning agents(A、B、C)are all decreased with the storage-time increased.The decrease trend of enzyme activity was the same at storage temperature25℃or 40℃,indicating that storage time would affect the activity of lipase and protease in multi-enzyme cleaning agents.
