一种汽化过氧化氢消毒机对重症监护病房终末消毒效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察某汽化过氧化氢消毒机对重症监护病房的终末消毒效果。方法采用现场消毒试验方法,对某汽化过氧化氢消毒机消毒重症监护病房空气和环境物体表面的效果进行观察。结果该汽化过氧化氢消毒机用浓度为75 g/L过氧化氢溶液,汽化用量为10 ml/m3,汽化时间为36 min,布放在120 m3重症监护病房各点的嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌菌片全部无菌生长;消毒后病房内空气和物体表面均无菌生长。消毒后自然降解60 min,空气中过氧化氢残余量小于1 mg/L。结论该汽化过氧化氢消毒机对医院重症监护病房空气和物体表面可同时达到高水平消毒效果,消毒后无消毒剂残留。 Objective To observe the effect of hydrogen peroxide atomization disinfection machine on terminal disinfection in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods The on-site disinfection test method was used to observe the effect of hydrogen peroxide atomization disinfection machine on disinfecting the air and surface of environmental objects in ICU.Results When the atomization dosage of 75 g/L hydrogen peroxide solution was 10 ml/m3 for the machine,the atomization time was 36 min and all the Bacillus stearothermophilus tablets placed at each points of 120 m3 ICU were all grown aseptically;the air and surface of objects in the ward were aseptically grown after disinfection.Naturally degraded after disinfection for 60 min,the residual amount of hydrogen peroxide in the air was less than 1 mg/L.Conclusion The hydrogen peroxide atomization disinfection machine can achieve a high level of disinfection effect on the air and surface of objects in hospital ICU at the same time,and there is no residual disinfectant after disinfection.
