红外线测温仪评估压力蒸汽灭菌物品卸载温度的应用效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究不同温度检测方法在压力蒸汽灭菌物品卸载温度评估中的效果。方法采用不同温度测试方法,评估红外线测温仪在检测压力蒸汽灭菌物品包外温度中的应用效果。结果压力蒸汽灭菌器内物品卸载温度测试时机是在灭菌包冷却30 min后进行。采用手触摸法检测温度合格率为78. 89%,红外线测温仪检测温度合格率仅为38. 89%。卸载至不锈钢储物台面后,采用手触摸法检测组湿包发生率为28. 89%;红外线测温仪检测组湿包发生率为0%。两组测温方式检测结果差异具有显著统计学意义(P <0. 001)。结论压力蒸汽灭菌器械包冷却后,采用红外线测温仪可精确评估压力蒸汽灭菌物品卸载时的包外温度,能最大限度地避免卸载后湿包的发生。 Objective To study the effect of different temperature detection methods on evaluating unloading temperature of items in pressure steam sterilizer.Methods Different temperature test methods were used to evaluate the effect of the infrared thermometer on detecting the temperature outside the package of pressure steam sterilizer.Results After a cooling time of 30 min,the unloading temperature test in the steam sterilizer was performed.The pass rate of the hand touch method was 78.89%,and the pass rate of the infrared thermometer was only 38.89%.After unloading on the stainless steel storage countertop,the incidence of wet pack detected by hand touch method was 28.89%;the incidence of wet pack detected by infrared thermometer was 0%.The difference between the two groups of temperature measurement methods was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion After the package in pressure steam sterilizer is cooled,the infrared thermometer can accurately estimate the temperature outside the package when the items in pressure steam sterilizer is unloaded,which can avoid the occurrence of wet package after unloading.
