某医院预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器参数的验证及分析

Analysis and verification on parameters of pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer

目的评价预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器物理性能的验证结果。方法采用QT-5000温度-压力采集系统,对某医院5台预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器相关物理参数进行验证与评价。结果本次验证的5台预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌保持阶段的平衡时间、灭菌温度范围、灭菌时间、温度均匀性、温度稳定性、灭菌压力等参数均符合要求。结论此次验证成功评判了该医院使用中灭菌器的物理性能,验证得出的参数可靠。

Objective To evaluate the verification results of physical performance of pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer.Methods The QT-5000 temperature-pressure collecting system was used to verify and evaluate the physical parameters of 5 pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizers in a hospital.Results The parameters of the equilibrium time,sterilization temperature range,sterilization time,temperature uniformity,temperature stability and sterilization pressure of the 5 pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizers in sterilization retention stage were all in accordance with the requirements.Conclusion The verification successfully evaluats the physical performance of the sterilizer used in the hospital and the parameters obtained are verified to be reliable.
