摘要 针对加速退化建模时过多依靠主观经验容易造成可靠性评估结果不准确,提出一种基于加速因子不变原则的加速退化建模方法。考虑了三个具有随机参数的Wiener过程模型,通过加速因子不变原则,推导得到了三类模型各参数的变化规律。在此基础上,以Arrhenius模型为加速模型得到了加速应力下三类模型的可靠度函数,从而克服依赖假定进行加速退化建模容易造成较大误差的不足。针对模型适用但并非相对最优的问题,提出综合利用分位数图(QQ图)、箱线图、偏差信息准则(DIC)值等确定相对最优模型的方法。加速度计加速退化数据应用验证了所提方法的有效性,为加速退化可靠性评估提供了一种相对客观的技术方法。 Aiming at the problem of excessive relying on subjective experience in accelerated degradation modeling, a reliability analysis method based on invariant principle of acceleration factor is proposed to avoid inaccuracy of reliability evaluation results. Three Wiener process models with random effects are investigated, and the acceleration-factor invariant principle is utilized to deduce the changing rules of the model parameters. Based on this, the reliability functions are set up by taking the Arrhenius model as accelerated model, which overcomes the drawbacks of traditional assumption-based modeling method. To obtain more optimal model among the applicable models, a model selection method based on the quantilequantile plot, box plot and Deviation information criterion values is presented. The application cases of accelerometers demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, and show that the proposed method can provide a more objective technical approach for the accelerated degradation data modeling.
