强化论在实习护生护理安全教学中的应用研究 被引量:6

Application of reinforcement theory in the nursing safety training of nursing students

摘要 目的探讨强化论应用于护生护理安全教学中的效果。方法选取2014年4月至2016年4月168名在院实习护生为对照组,2016年4月至2018年4月171名实习护生为观察组,制订应用强化论的护生护理安全教育方案,比较两组实习护生安全文化知识及操作考核,不良事件发生率及带教老师对护理安全行为满意度。结果观察组理论考核(94.35±3.59)分,高于对照组(85.02±6.82)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.711,P=0.003)。观察组操作考核成绩得分(87.67+8.56)分,高于对照组(72.72±8.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.291,P=0.012)。观察组实习护生不良事件上报率98.25%,高于对照组54.76%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=89.652,P=0.011),观察组实际发生率46.78%,低于对照组58.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.191,P=0.047)。带教老师对两组实习护生护理安全行为满意度比较,除学习能力外,其他9项满意度评价差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化论应用于护生护理安全教学对增强护生的安全文化意识与提升其整体素质有着积极的效果。 Objective To discuss the effects of the application of reinforcement theory in the nursing safety training of 171 nursing students.Methods A total of 171 intern nursing students were enrolled into study group from April 2016 to April 2018 and received reinforcement theory of nursing safety training.Meanwhile,168 nursing students from April 2014 to April 2016 who received regular training were enrolled as controls.The nursing safety knowledge,the performance assessment,the occurrence of the adverse events and the satisfaction of the instructors were compared between the two groups.Results The academic score and performance score of students in the study group were all significantly higher than those of controls(94.35±3.59 vs 72.72±8.35,P=0.003;87.67±8.56 vs 72.72±8.35,P=0.012).The reporting rate of adverse nursing events was higher,but the actual incidence of adverse nursing events was much lower of students in observation group(P=0.011,P=0.047).The differences were significant at 9 out of 10 satisfaction indices of the instructors in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of reinforcement theory in the nursing safety training has a positive effect in enhancing the safety awareness of students and increasing their overall quality.
