摘要
用双波长分光光度法测定复方芦丁片中芦丁的含量,不经其它分离便可消除槲皮素干扰。片中维生素C以水溶解,滤去溶液。滤渣用醇处理,在362.5nm和386.0nm处测定醇溶液吸光度。平均回收率为100.2±0.18%(置信率95%)。
Dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the ratin in rutin compound tablets (Ⅰ). Ascorbic acid in tablet is dissolved with water,the solution is filtered and the residue is treated with alcohol. The absorbances of solution in alcohol are determinated at the 362.5 and the 386.0 nm, respec- tively. The interference of quercetin can be eliminated without any preliminary separation. The mean recovery was found to be 100.2±0.1(?)% (?)95% confidence level).
