宝钢湛江钢铁炼钢区域金属平衡管理分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过梳理宝钢湛江钢铁炼钢区域金属平衡物流,理顺金属物流关系。根据质量守恒原理,建立炼钢区域金属平衡盈亏报表,实现炼钢区域金属平衡管理,并对金属盈亏情况进行分析。金属平衡盈亏报表反映金属资源在生产过程中的利用程度、金属流向及金属损失情况,对编制生产计划、改进工艺技术及操作、预算生产成本起到指导作用。通过金属平衡盈亏报表,能够及时发现生产管理中存在的薄弱点,从而进一步优化工艺,明确改进的方向和幅度,有效提高厂内金属资源回收利用率,实现公司效益最大化。 Through combing the metal balance logistics in steelmaking area of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the relationship of metal logistics was rationalized.According to the principle of mass conservation,the metal balance profit and loss statement of the steelmaking area is established to achieve the metal balance management in the steelmaking area and analyze the metal profit and loss.The metal balance profit and loss statement reflects the utilization degree of metal resources,metal flow direction and metal loss in the production process.It plays a guiding role in drawing up production plan,improving process technology and operation,and estimating production cost.Through the metal balance report forms,the weakness in production management can be discovered in time,thereby further optimizing the process,clarifying the direction and extent of improvement,effectively improving the recovery and utilization of metal resources in the factory,and maximizing the benefits of the company.
