摘要
为了研究热轧工艺中的卷取温度对连退产品性能的影响,以某钢厂低碳钢为原料,采用单向拉伸、OM及XRD等方法研究了卷取温度对连退低碳钢产品组织和性能的影响。结果表明,热轧卷取温度从670升高至750℃后,连退低碳钢带的塑性应变比和相对锥杯值分别提高至2.10和0.25,冲压性能指标达到同类罩退产品指标。分析认为,高温卷取条件下碳通过充分扩散形成更多的珠光体,促使铁素体基体更加洁净,从而促进了连续退火时形成更强的{111}再结晶织构。
In order to study the influence of the coiling temperature in the hot rolling process on the micro performance of the continuous product,the effect of coiling temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of continuously annealed low-carbon steel was investigated by means of the unidirectional tensile test,OM and XRD methods.The results showed that as the coiling temperature increased from 670 to 750℃,the plastic strain ratio and relative cone cup value increased to 2.10 and 0.25,respectively,and the stamping properties of the researched material were comparable to that treated by the batch type annealing process.According to analysis,carbon was fully diffused to form more ferrite matrix under high temperature coiling conditions,which improved the purity of ferrite matrix and the formation of stronger{111}recrystallization texture during continuous annealing.
