摘要
为探究营养和空间因素对中蜂Apis cerana cerana幼虫dynactin p62基因的表达特性,本研究通过人工饲喂中蜂幼虫,采用荧光定量PCR检测了不同营养和空间发育条件下,中蜂6日龄幼虫dynactin p62基因表达量。结果表明:发育空间因素显著影响了中蜂6日龄幼虫dynactin p62基因表达量(P<0.05),而营养因素对中蜂6日龄幼虫dynactin p62基因表达量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。
To explore the expression characteristics of dynactin p62 gene in the 6-days larvae of Chinese honeybee,Apis cerana cerana,the bee larvaes were artificial feeding with different nutrition and in different space,then quantitative analysis of its expression level of dynactin p62 gene by using real-time PCR.The results showed that the A.c.cerana dynactin p62 transcript was detected at different larvae groups,and it was no significantly expression between the group with different nutrition(P<0.05)and expressed significantly between the group in different space(P>0.05).
