摘要
为了研究蜂王幼虫随着日龄的增加其体重变化的规律,为相关生产实践提供依据,本研究采用GN式蜂箱饲养东方蜜蜂,使东方蜜蜂能像西方蜜蜂那样的成批培育蜂王。精确控制幼虫的日龄,测定育虫后至化蛹前这段时间内幼虫的体重变化,用统计分析方法建立相关数学模型结果表明,在育虫后至封盖前这段时间内(龄期为55.0~111.0 h),蜂王幼虫生长发育的体增重,随虫龄变化呈现指数变化规律。
In order to make a research data hasis for heekeeping,the relationship between instars and weight growing during the larvae slage of honeyhee queens has been investigated in this study.By using GN hives to keep Eastern honeybees Apis cerana,artificial queen rearing can he easily done like that for the western honeyhees Apis mellifera,in the artificial queen rearing,exact inslars of the larvae was controlled,the weight change of the larvae were measured during the period from larvae grafted to pupae,then regression statistics was used to analysis the relationship.The results indicated that during the larval development stage(55~111h),the weight growing at an exponential rates-of-change with the instars going.The queen larvae were feed by the nurse bees with secretion of royal jelly,the fast growing speed has indicated the importance of the royal jelly.
